Brown reunion 07/2010

I have lost contact with a lot of family members. I have a couple of cousins, one on the West Coast and one in the South, who are trying to help me locate family members. My niece and daughter are going to help me plan the reunion. They live here in Philly. I need assistance in locating a hotel that I can reserve a block of rooms and can accomodate a dinner or brunch on the last day of the reunion. I also need a location to have a cookout that has it's own barbeque grills and a covered shelter in case of rain. The cookout will not be catered because we want to do our own cooking. HELP!!!
